Behavioural in Real Estate.. a project on Reflections at Keppel Bay.. due to the intensive competitiveness in school.. when it comes to doing presentation.. we gotta step up our game.. so we decided we must dress to kill and come up with fancy gimmicks..
our gimmick.. Waiter Zj.. dressed in a waiter suit.. serving Dr faishal with sparkling juice in a wine glass with nice chill out music playing in e background.to bring the sensation n experience of being in the showroom to the class..haha..
luckily we use these gimmicks.. cus there was another group who presented on the same development as us as well! but we manage to leave a deeper impression!
one project down! but many more to go.. i need time!
