FOC

Yipeee! FOC is over and it was a great success after about 1 whole year of planning. it was a tedious 4 days, no sleep, vegetarian food, sore throat, sweat and stress.. but its all worth it. This FOC has been a great learning experience for me, it taught me how to expect the unexpected and to really think on your feet.

camp started Sunday afternoon.. it was day 0 where all the ogls gather for a detailed briefing before camp start as well as help us with the logistics.

Day 1 started on a good note as most of the freshie arrived on time and we could start the camp early. i manage to spot this guy that look really like wu zun n jay combine tog.. and i was like omg!! so the girls nicked named him JayZun. so exciting right. we did like a amazing race around school.. played takeshi, some sde tradition where they make the freshman climb up this super sloppy n soapy canvas, enjoyed pouring soap and watching them slide onto each other, oh ya, and we accidentally washed a lizard down too, opps , hope no one noticed.. and at night it was fate and guess what! i assigned myself to JZ's table! muahahaha.. i had such a great time disturbing him..
everything was going well until i was called up for an emergency meeting. some unfortunate event happened over at the archi camp and we are forced to make drastic changes to our program for day too.. it was a time of crisis and zj me kok had to work through the night to churn out a new prog for the next day. thank God ernest and ryan were there to help us along..

Day 2 started with a crisis briefing with my prog com and the mc members. i m glad we manage to pull it off together as a team. day 2 went on really well, i guess its because we all had a common goal and we were working together towards it. thank you all for the strong support, day 2 won't have been as good without u all.

day 3, everything went back on schedule on day 3 and we had field games! besides having to constantly look out for the irritating security guard and racing for time with the rain, the program was really fun.. we did all games we planned out for, like captains ball with chicken and squid, hamburger, soap hockey and all.. eugene ang's soap hockey was really fun but the clearing up was hell ! the later part of the day we had the watermelon challenge and caderam manage to break the full watermelon with their head! the crowd was stunned! iron man!

day 4, we set out early for sentosa for beach games. well it was a relaxing day for the prog com n mc. so we decide to go around asking for strip dance from the guys.. it was so fun.. and we stripped jayzun too! muahahah.. camp ended with the mtv presentation and a super emo video done up by the pub cell..

it was an amazing 4 days and i am really thankful for my prog cell, steph, zj, ezann, jasmin, eug and kok, who ran along side with me throughout this process, like what i always say you all are a great blessing to me and its been real joy working together. great thanks to zj who took on all the paper work and not grumble at all.. u really help lighten my load and also to our dear log head kok.. sorry for all the nagging, you were great! lots of thanks to the mc, eug lee, caderam christina, weiting, kailin, henry, the camp is not possible without u all..

well the only sad thing about this whole camp is that the committee dint really get to interact with the freshies cus we are always so busy.. but its ok i still have Rag!! another marathon to run!

supper

Finally! i haven had time to meet up with my dear friend suyin in a really long time. 3 of us, shan, suyin and i, used to sit together in class in sec school.. and we were always in our own world. we had a good time catching up, suyin just came back from some practical sessions at the hospital.. yea.. she i s nurse and she says she is going to help me deliver my baby next time!

suyin wanted to have supper, have a change, do something different.. but shan and i don't wanna be home too late. so dear shan came with a genius plan. have supper at 8.30pm. its like neither here nor there. we went geylang, and was hoping to have durian but nurse lee says its too heaty so we ended up eating you tiao and dou jiang. healthier choice. looking forward to meeting up again :)

sentosa

Sunny Sentosa

we are at sentosa this time with the archi program people to try out our beach games. Due to the lack of manpower, everyone had to play the games. that would mean getting wet, sandy and burnt under the sun.. but it dint turn out that bad.




while we were playing the games the life guard stared at us non stop as if we are going to drown any moment. they came and warn us once even. haha.. no worries.. our games are 100% safe. we did human bowling on the canvas and i think we killed quite alot of fishes with the amount of soap we pour into the sea. opps

cant wait for the camp to come. its going to be so so fun !

FOC trial camp

Back from another camp again.. FOC trial camp was held in school over the last weekend and it was soo soo fun ! lots of flour, soap, water bombs, tau pok and fun! it was a good bonding session for all of us.. the ogls and the committee too..

we manage to try out our new games.. smashing watermelons, human hamburger and so on.. everyone was so spontaneous and that's what makes the camp really fun! we have poor bp n cad searching for buttons in the flour when it doesn't even exist.. hahahaha.. tricked !

we played captains ball with RAW CHICKEN ! can you see it flying in the air.. by the end of the match the poor chicken is headless.. sobs..

the camp was a great success.. great thanks to all the people that made it possible! my dear program com you all did a fantastic job.. lets look forward to the actual camp and do even better! love working with you all.. muacks

church camp

Hey there ! i m back from church camp.. it was a good 4 days escapade from stressful Singapore ! we were at KL this time, holiday villa, the hotel is rather old but the facilities are great. they even have a bowling alley. we a super spacious room with a lake view, how sweet..

this is my dear roomie, bubble bath mate, gossip mate.. Aretha ! its always so fun rooming together.. doing crazy stuff all the time..

some crazy stuff like cam whoring in the bath room.. we look like we are posing for towel ads !

and loads of other crazy we do in our rooms..yup.. this camp is good cus there is loads of free time, we had time to go shopping one of the afternoon at sunway pyramid.. its really boring cus everything there can be found in Singapore ! but there is still one thing that you cant..

A&W !!

Root beer float.. curly fries.. waffles with ice cream.. yummy.. missed it so much..

thats about all for camp, its been a refreshing time. now that i m back in town.. its gonna get busy again. yup.. i m off to another camp today.. in school.. we're running a trial camp for FOC. its gonna be really exciting.. catch up again !

we were walking pass the singapore museum and this man's crotch could be seen from the entrance. we cant help but go in in to check him out.. aint he HOT.. i m goin to kidnap him from the museum.. hope he comes alive at night. wanna go with me ?

its timbre again.. but this time its kinda special cause caderam is there with his girl and he is going to sing a song for her too.. he sang collide and his vocals were really good.. he must have swept christina off her feet.. awww..

yup.. welcome to the family christina.. all the best to both of you ! we are really happy for you..

i m going to be leaving tmr for church camp at KL and will only be back on wednesday.. its going to be 4 long days without my dearest.. sobs.. i m going to miss you darling.

When he told us we almost got a heart attack.. We took super long to guess who the girl was and took us 3 hours to finish listening to his story on how it happened.. well this is not the only red bomb we got this week.. Ezann and kok are together too..

Well besides getting red bombs, i m been getting other irritating bombs from the camp committee.. the endless changing of dates and the endless issue over clubbing at butter factory.. its driving me crazy ! is it so hard to decide on a simple thing ?!
